At The JP Shop, our goal is to provide our customers with quality aftermarket parts and superior service. We are a full-service install facility providing customers with various high-quality options to upgrade their Jeep or Truck.

The JP Shop got its start in the mid-’90s in a small shop in Downingtown PA. Our focus was on restoring Jeep CJ’s, it quickly grew into much more! We started installing lift kits, bumpers, side steps and other parts that our customers requested. We moved to a larger facility off of RT 401 in Chester Springs, PA on the early 2000s. The business continued to grow so we decided that we needed more space and moved to our current location on Rt 100 in Chester Springs.

We strive to provide our customers with quality parts and service. There are thousands of Jeep parts available but our focus is on providing customers with the best products on the market. We have been in the industry for a long time and found that not all parts are created equal. Our goal is customer satisfaction so we only provide quality brands.

Title: Owner

Name: Keith Blevins

Bio: I have loved working on cars ever since I can remember.  My dad would always have our garage open and all of the neighborhood kids would come and help work on his Corvettes.  Many of my friends first experience working on cars was in my parents’ garage. At 13 I got my first car to work on and restore, an MGB convertible.  Then at 16 I moved onto trucks and got my first Chevy truck. With the help of my dad I installed a 6.5” lift on the truck. Eventually the truck ended up with a custom black and yellow paint job and 40’s (I still have this truck and when my sons are old enough we will get it back out).  Our love of cars led us to opening up our own shop where we could do what we love. In 2008 we lost my dad but have continued to grow the business just as he would have. In my spare time you can find me volunteering at the local fire house where I have been an active member since 2006. For the last several years I have also held the position of Chief Engineer where my love of working on cars is put to good use to help keep the trucks running for the community.  I also enjoy spending time with my family out on our boat or taking trips to new places in our camper.

Title: Marketing Director

Name: Steve Smith

Bio: After serving 20+ honorable years in law enforcement and my career nearing an end, I began to slowly get back into my roots, my passion, the automotive industry. Growing up I enjoyed off-roading with my dirt bikes and ATV’s, which over time shifted to muscle cars, Jeeps and lifted trucks. In 2017, I started the YouTube Channel “Ram BEAST Projects”, now known as “BEAST Projects” and joined forces with The JP Shop on my first major channel build, “The BEAST” a 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie. In 2019 I was officially made part of the team, taking a more proactive role in marketing and videography. We started the new “RubiBEAST” 2019 Jeep Rubicon JLU build project. The RubiBEAST will showcase the awesome products that we sell, install and demonstrate how they perform.
